Having formed the Prague graffiti scene since the 90s under the pseudonym of OBIC, Jakub Uksa still experiments with writing in his contemporary graphics. He intuitively freestyles with form and technique, creating complex compositions that play with width and inconsistency of lines while drawing inspiration from ancient cultures. Jakub’s newest works entail cryptically encoded elements of his personal mythology, inspired by his travels in Asia, cosmic events and existential questions alike.
